Thompson Works Co. exists to be the painting, drywall, and flooring partner that general contractors and property managers stop worrying about.

Thompson Works Co. is owned and run by Jack Quigley. We started in flooring and finish work, and we built the company around the trades that decide whether a commercial project looks finished: paint, drywall, and floors.
We are not a residential handyman service and we are not a general contractor. We are a specialty subcontractor and vendor for commercial work — the crew a GC brings in for the finish package, and the vendor a property manager calls when units, suites, or common areas need to be turned around on a date.
Being family owned means the person who priced your job is the person accountable for it. It also means we are building relationships we expect to keep for years, so we make decisions on every project with the next ten projects in mind.
